About the workshop
Built by enthusiasts. Trusted by Kent drivers.

What started as a two-bay unit off the A20 has grown into a five-ramp workshop with a dedicated diagnostics bay and an in-house rolling road — but the ethos hasn't shifted since day one.
Every job that comes in gets the same treatment: proper diagnosis, honest pricing and quality parts. We'd rather turn a job away than do it half right.
We're as happy servicing a family hatchback as we are building a stage-3 engine. The car doesn't need to be exotic — but the work always is.
How we work
Our commitments to you.
Craft over volume
We take on the work we can do properly — not the most cars we can push through in a day.
Genuine enthusiasm
Our team drives what you drive. The advice you get is honest, considered and never scripted.
Manufacturer-trained
Certified across BMW, Audi, VW, Ford and Japanese performance platforms.
Long-term customers
Most of the cars in the workshop belong to people we've been looking after for years.
The team
People, not job titles.
Technical knowledge, motorsport experience and a genuine passion for cars — that's what you're handing your keys to.
Daniel Whitmore
Founder & Lead Technician
Twenty years turning spanners, ten of them on his own project cars. Started KPG so he could do the job the way he always wanted to.
Marcus Reid
Performance & Tuning Lead
Runs the rolling road and heads up mapping. Ex-motorsport background, still races a Caterham most weekends.
Priya Shah
Diagnostics Specialist
The one you want on the intermittent electrical faults nobody else can find. Manufacturer-certified across five marques.
Tom Ellis
Workshop Manager
Keeps the workshop running and the customer conversations honest. Your first point of contact when you call in.
